The Walk Thru Consultation is a great option for investors or those looking to get a quick look at a home.  We provide our professional opinion while saving you the cost of a Home Inspection.  No report will be generated for this service.  We will only indentify major defects and deficiencies and verbalize our findings to the client.  The Walk Thru Consultation is good for Open Houses, with or without your real estate agent present.  A great service for those people trying to evaluate several properies, whether they may be for investment or your intended primary residenceTake a professional along with you and get an unbiased opinion.  We charge an hourly fee for this service, as many homes may be evaluated in a short peiod of time.  This inspection is not to be substituted for a Home Inspection that may be used in a real estate transaction.  Because this is not a home inspection, it does not adhere to the stardards set forth by the state or any trade association.
Final Walk Through for the Home Buyer:
If you would like us to be present for the Final Walk Through for your home purchase, we will be there with you.  We can point out any addition defects in the home or anything that may have changed since your inition home inspection.  We can evaluate whether repairs that were required to be made by the seller were completed.  Even if we did not provide you with your initial home inspection, we can be there for your Final Walk Through.  This is a consultation only and does not adhere to state standards or regulations for a home inspection.  No report will be provided.  This service is not to be a substitute for a Home Inspection.
